International Distribution Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:Choice Hotels is seeking a Distribution Analyst to support the International Division by coordinating and managing global distribution initiatives. This role serves as a central point of visibility across programs, partners, and priorities, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple regions. The analyst will track performance across distribution channels, manage program participation, and provide insights to optimize results. This is a highly cross-functional, detail-oriented role that requires strong organization and communication skills. The position operates as an individual contributor working closely with global stakeholders.NOTE: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and manage distribution-related initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked and executed across teams and regionsMonitor production and performance across key channels (e.g., OTA, GDS, direct partnerships), identifying trends and opportunities for optimizationOversee participation and performance of distribution programs, ensuring alignment across international markets and leveraging insights from U.S. performanceMaintain awareness of GDS updates, enhancements, and connectivity changes, communicating impacts to stakeholdersTrack and manage incoming requests from internal teams, regions, and partners, ensuring proper documentation and prioritizationDevelop and maintain standardized processes, workflows, and documentation to support consistency and scalabilityTrack and communicate the status of key distribution partnerships and negotiations to ensure visibility and alignmentAct as a liaison between international teams and U.S.-based resources to facilitate communication and supportPrepare and deliver regular reporting and summaries, translating multiple workstreams into clear, actionable insightsQUALIFICATIONS:Employment Experience:2–5+ years of experience in distribution, revenue management, hospitality, or a related fieldExperience working with OTA, GDS, or third-party distribution channels preferredTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis toolsAdditional Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesInternational or global work experience preferredProficiency in a second language preferred (Spanish or French strongly preferred)Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsExcellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groupsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reportingAbility to work effectively in ambiguous environments and act as a cross-functional connectorEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equal number of years in experienceSalary RangeThe salary range for this position is $86,886 - $102,219.Choice prioritizes our associate wellbeing by offering a comprehensive benefits program that is both competitive and flexible to help you achieve your wellbeing goals - here are just a few:Competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverageLeave and paid time-off for holidays, vacation, personal, family, volunteer, sick, jury duty, bereavement, military, and religious observanceFinancial benefits for retirement and health savingsEmployee recognition programsDiscounts at Choice hotels worldwideAbout ChoiceChoice Hotels International, Inc.
