Maintenance ManagerBrookstone Estates of Harrisburg - Harrisburg, IL 62946OverviewSalary Range $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly Position Type Full TimeDescriptionResponsibilities:Oversees community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulationsSustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsHires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team in providing exceptional servicesApproximately 20% of hours will be spent performing maintenance responsibilities alongside the teamCompletes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficientlyConducts inventory on chemical supplies and complies with proper storage and usage proceduresImplements safety protocols and procedures to avert incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA requirementsPerforms exterior maintenance duties as necessaryDelivers fire and disaster education and performs preparation and drill activities with residents and team membersEngages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interactionQualificationsQualifications:High school graduate or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's licenseExperience in HVAC systems and/or electrical requiredPrior senior living experience desiredDemonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMust possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspireBenefits:Unlimited growth opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision benefit packages availableWork-life balance | Paid Time OffEAP & Maven family planning program401(k) employer match biweeklySelf-service payrollDaily pay options available
