Act as the Paylocity Power User and final authority for internal payroll, ensuring 100% accuracy in tax compliance, data integrity, and reporting. Architect the recruiting roadmap and personally lead the screening for critical internal hires to ensure a perfect cultural and professional fit. Design and drive a world-class "Day One" experience that fully integrates new hires into our culture and sets them up for immediate operational success. Direct benefits administration and vendor renewals while serving as the seasoned lead for complex employee relations and high-level advisory. Qualifications: A minimum of 10+ years in Human Resources, with a proven track record in HRIS management and Training/Development.
