We do things differently!We offer our At Home Care family:Top pay wage scaleTop pay wage scaleFlexible scheduling to fit your lifestyleMedical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance for full-time employeesTuition Scholarships for you and your familyWeekly Pay and Direct DepositPaid TravelHome Health Aide educationShort commute times we try to match you to work opportunities near your home.Job Purpose: The basic function of a Home Care Aide is to perform tasks such as activities of daily living and household tasks.Job Responsibilities:Planning, preparation, and cleanup of mealsGiving bed baths or assisting with a shower or tub bathAssist with oral care, such as tooth brushing or denture care, when the participant is unable.Assisting with getting in and out of bed to a wheelchair, walker, or chair when a participant is weight-bearing.Assisting the participants with ordinarily self-administered medications (open bottles, get water)Light housekeepingLaundering clothes and linens;Making beds and changing sheets;Shopping for essential items (e.g., groceries, cleaning supplies, etc.);Advance Personal Care -Assist with Ostomy Care, assist with catheter care, perform bowel programs, administer non-injectable meds, assist with Insulin set-up, and perform vital signs and weightsSkills/Education:Must be 18 years of ageA minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care with either a Skilled Nursing facility or an In-Home Care Agency is preferred.Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license must be nonrestrictiveMust also be able to assist the patient with walking through the use of a cane, walker, or gait belt throughout the facility or client's home.
