E-logic is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee non-personal professional systems engineering, logistics, and project management support functions for the Naval Surface Warfare Center(NSWCDD) Weapons Control and Integration Department. You will lead strategic planning, cross-functional engineering timelines, and budget execution.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, facilitate, and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and technical interchange meetings.
Generate and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), identify critical paths, and synchronize program milestones.
Track budget execution, address funding trends, and provide project Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
Ensure strict configuration management (CM) and technical data repository tracking.
Qualifications
Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of professional experience.
10+ years of dedicated program/project management experience.
5+ years specialized in DoD Weapons Systems management.
