ROLE OVERVIEW The Recruiting Manager in Manchester, NH, will be responsible for collaborating with the Recruiting Manager in Dorado, PR, to manage the increasing recruitment process globally. This includes ensuring that the recruiting process is consistent across departments and locations and that all information is being documented in Global Rescue’s ATS. For the US, the role will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure global consistency in the recruitment processDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage the recruitment process in the US from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiationSource and screen candidates through various channelsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptionsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringProvide regular updates to leadership and hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelinesDevelop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role (can be management of process)Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationLOCATION: Manchester, NHCOMPENSATION: Based on experience + bonus + benefits
