Overview
In this IT Support Engineer I role, you implement and support computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot in dynamic environments and adapt standard practices to achieve reliable IT solutions. You contribute to keeping infrastructure up during production hours and support continuous improvement in IT services. This position offers hands-on impact across facilities and customer-facing IT support, with opportunities to influence local technical projects.

ResponsibilitiesNetwork engineering and troubleshooting across diverse hardware/software environmentsMaintain high availability of infrastructure during production hoursProvide analytical and technical assistance for IT solution improvementsManage local technical projects and document policies/proceduresIdentify root causes of operational issues and inefficienciesPhysical tasks including lifting up to 49 lbs and long shiftsSupport customers across multiple buildings and remote locationsTravel within local/regional area to support customers
