Pump Technician - MFG

Field Pump Technician - Established well and pump service company seeks field pump technician. Qualified applicants will have a valid ODL with a clean driving record and verifiable work history. Installing, maintaining, repairing and replacing pumps, valves, and other equipment for agricultural settings Performing tests on new pumps to ensure they are operating correctly before they are installed into the system Troubleshooting problems with pumps or other equipment to determine the cause of malfunctions Repairing or replacing seals, bearings, couplings, or other components on pumps Understanding of electrical theories Submersible pump installation: 1-3 years (Preferred) Pump and well: 1-2 years (Preferred) Previous pump experience not needed but welcome with an increased starting wage based on experience. Accepting all mechanically skilled applicants. Able to communicate technical information to a customer or business. This position is full time and may require overtime as needed.
