NSB Omega is searching for a Short term Scheduler (3-4 months) for our Client in Houston, TX.Assignment DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Level 3–5 CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for electrical and mechanical scopes across four data center buildingsApply and manage schedule logic, constraints, and critical path analysisPerform resource loading (manhour-based) at detailed WBS levelsIncorporate subcontractor schedules and ensure proper integration into the master scheduleConduct weekly schedule updates with cross-functional inputGenerate:Progress curves and manpower histogramsSchedule dashboards and reporting outputsVariance analysis and critical path trackingPerform schedule risk analysis and support mitigation planningProduce weekly and monthly reports with clear, data-driven insightsInputs & InterfacesWBS structures, coding standards, and calendar rulesSubcontractor schedules and resource dataProcurement and construction plansProject milestones and governance requirementsQualificationsProven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale construction or data center projectsAdvanced expertise in Primavera P6Strong knowledge of:CPM schedulingResource loading and forecastingSchedule performance tracking and reportingExperience integrating multi-discipline schedulesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate schedule insights to stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with hyperscale data center projectsFamiliarity with schedule risk analysis toolsExperience in EPC or complex infrastructure environmentsDuration3-4 Months (With Possibility of Extension)LocationHouston, TX
