The thesis, product direction, internal validation, and launch plan have already been developed through years of operating experience in recruiting, staffing, outbound workflows, and contact data quality challenges.We are opening prelaunch founding member access on June 15 and planning public launch on July 15.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Founding EIR / Venture Partner to help convert VeraHive from a launch-ready platform into real market traction (Boston or SFO based preferred) This is not an idea-stage role. The first phase is focused on founding member activation, early pilot development, platform/API interest, customer feedback, and GTM validation.The role begins fractionally, but it is intended for someone seriously open to becoming a full-time venture leader after funding and mutual proof.Initial Success OutcomesThe first 60–90 days will be measured by three clear outcomes:Activate 100 qualified founding members before launchQualified users may include SDRs, recruiters, RevOps leaders, SalesOps leaders, recruiting operators, founders, or platform users who join the founding member cohort and agree to test VeraHive.Secure 1 qualified CRM / ATS assurance pilotA company willing to test VeraHive’s assurance layer against CRM or ATS contact data with a clear use case and pilot owner.Secure 1 qualified platform / API ecosystem integration pilotA CRM, ATS, outbound platform, recruiting platform, AI-agent workflow, or ecosystem partner interested in testing VeraHive through an API or embedded workflow.What You Will Help WithActivate founding members and early usersValidate the “Waze for B2B contact data” positioningBuild customer and pilot conversationsExplore CRM, ATS, outbound platform, and AI-agent integration opportunitiesCapture market feedback and product prioritiesSupport investor, customer, and partner conversationsHelp shape the early GTM motionIdeal BackgroundYou may be a strong fit if you have experience in:B2B SaaS GTMSalesTech, RevOps, or SalesOpsRecruiting technology or staffingCRM, ATS, or outbound workflow platformsContact data, enrichment, or data qualityAI agents or workflow automationEarly-stage venture buildingPlatform or ecosystem partnershipsCompensation, Equity, and Role PathThis role begins as a 60–90 day fractional engagement with a modest monthly stipend of $1,500–$2,000/month, based on experience, scope, and time commitment.During the fractional phase, milestone achievement may create eligibility for up to 1.0% milestone-based equity tied to founding member activation, CRM/ATS pilot development, and platform/API ecosystem pilot development. Equity is not granted during the fractional phase.Equity will be formally granted only if the candidate transitions into a full-time venture leadership role after funding, mutual proof, company approval, and standard documentation.Upon full-time conversion, compensation may include market salary and, for the right full-time leadership role, a long-term equity package in the 5% to 10% range, depending on role scope, accountability, execution, investor readiness, and whether the candidate becomes Venture Lead, GM, CEO-track, or CEO.Founder-level equity is not granted upfront. It is earned through execution and realized through full-time commitment.Commitment ExpectationThe initial phase is fractional, but the intent is full-time venture leadership after funding and mutual proof.We are raising in parallel with VeraHive’s prelaunch and launch timeline. The selected candidate may be presented to investors as VeraHive’s prospective full-time venture leader.
