Kester Search Group is proud to partner with a growing leader in the healthcare diagnostics space who is seeking an Account Manager to support territory growth, customer retention, and strategic account development across a high-impact region.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-driven healthcare sales, collaborating closely with field sales teams, and helping providers navigate diagnostic solutions that improve patient care.What You’ll DoSupport territory growth through account management, customer service, and relationship developmentPartner closely with Physician Account Executives in a collaborative selling environmentConduct business reviews with healthcare accounts to identify opportunities and resolve service concernsDrive customer retention and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunitiesProvide education on new diagnostic technologies and laboratory servicesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and issue resolutionManage administrative responsibilities and territory follow-up activities effectivelyTerritory: Northern Nevada & Northern California TerritorIdeal Background3–4+ years of sales, account management, or healthcare-related business development experienceStrong relationship-building and communication skillsExperience supporting physician offices, healthcare systems, or clinical customers preferredComfortable working independently in a field-based roleBachelor’s Degree requiredValid driver’s license requiredCompensation & BenefitsTarget earnings: $100K–$120K+ (base salary + uncapped incentive potential)Company vehicle & gas cardComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchStock purchase programLeadership development and commercial sales trainingGenerous PTO and wellness resourcesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization with strong internal support, career growth potential, and a collaborative commercial culture.
