This role involves driving the full software lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance, while integrating AI/ML technologies to advance intelligent automation. You will provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your expertise will support continuous improvement, innovation, and the achievement of high-quality, data-driven engineering outcomes.About the team:The Data Science team leverages advanced analytical and modeling techniques to solve complex business challenges. Utilizing tools such as Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks, the team focuses on model assessment, validation, and deployment. Collaborating with business stakeholders, they translate requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Emphasizing rigorous statistical methods and clear data visualization, the team ensures effective communication of findings. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, members follow best practices and emerging technologies to deliver impactful results aligned with organizational goals.What you'll do: Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural standards.Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation and intelligence.Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, prototyping, and error correction processes.What you'll bring: Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.Ability to lead system design reviews and apply technical judgment to ensure quality and alignment with architectural best practices.Skilled in data-driven decision making to define success metrics and optimize engineering processes.Demonstrated collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
