CASAC-T / CASAC / Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW)

Dynamic Youth Community - Intensive Residential Facility DYC is seeking to fill counseling positions (CASAC, LMSW) who will provide a full range of counseling services to adolescents and young adults with Substance Use Disorder. The counselor/CASAC/social worker provides behavioral counseling and education to young adults through individual and group counseling sessions. In addition, responsibilities include intake orientation, assessment, treatment planning, referrals, case management, record keeping, and care coordination. Major Responsibilities: 1) Weekly individual and group counseling session (as assigned) 2) Maintain and manage a caseload 3) Performs assessments and intake as needed 4) Work with multidisciplinary team to ensure treatment needs are met 5) Participate in supervision sessions 6) Work with the families of the substance user for reunification 7) Participate in in-service training, conferences and workshops 8) Provide crisis management an adhere to on call schedule and respond as required 9) Nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: Fallsburg, NY 12733: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
