Although our shop is located in Effingham NH our work is primarily conducted in the lakes region and on the seacoast in NH. Role Description We are seeking a skilled High-end Roofer/Coppersmith to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The position involves fabricating, installing, and repairing custom copper roofing systems, gutters, and interior elements. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on metal fabrication, removal of existing elements, set up and breakdown of staging, and/or in-shop fabrication. Ideally we are looking for a self starter who can perform tasks with minimal direction. QualificationsExperience working at heights and maintaining safety standards3-5 years roofing or metal fabrication experience Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems and installation processesSkills in copper soldering a plus but not a requirement, training can be provided for the right candidate Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanshipPhysical ability to perform demanding tasks safely and efficientlyFamiliarity with working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
