Join a team that values leadership, teamwork, and long-term career growth.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and supervise installation crews on commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on job sites Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspoutsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations Train, mentor, and develop crew members Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site Maintain accurate job documentation and progress updates Qualifications3+ years of sheet metal installation experience with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditionsValid driver’s license required What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Opportunities for advancement and leadership development Stable, year-round work with a respected national companyCompany Vehicle
