Urgent Caregiver Needed Morning Four Hour Shift

URGENT HIRINGPart Time9 am to 1 pm in the morning. Monday through Friday for a client in Rock HillPrevious Home Health Aide/PCA Experience required, Training available.The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.Essential Functions:Personal Care with ADLs and IADLsProvide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.Companion/Sitter/Household ManagementProvide companionship and respite services for familyStand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clientsClient is a man in 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 4-5 hours daily/3 days a week.Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.Qualifications/Educational Requirements:High school graduate or G.E.D certificateAbility to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobPossess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the jobClean background with no history.Must be:Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and carSome benefits include:Training Programs This job description is used as a guide only and not inclusive of responsibilities and job duties.
