Approval Hierarchy & Workflow Design: Build and maintain complex cross-functional approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal configurations matching corporate policy. Environment Maintenance & Release Management: Support scheduled environment refreshes, instance cloning, and technical smoke testing during quarterly application update cycles to ensure zero disruption to integrated in-flight workflows. Integration Support & Data GovernanceData Mapping & Quality Control: Manage the technical mapping of category codes, cost centers, tax attributes, and master data entities (e.g., Items, Suppliers, Customers, COA) between specialized front-end applications and the core financial systems of record. Interface Monitoring: Partner with technical teams to oversee the health of API-based cross-application integrations (primarily utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud), ensuring high-volume transactional data flows correctly downstream. Financial ComplianceCompliance Enforcement: Configure applications to enforce critical financial compliance standards (such as ASC 606/IFRS 15) and internal SOX controls. Required QualificationsCore ERP Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or implementing module tracks within a Tier-1 ERP framework (e.g., Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS).Systems Governance: Proven history of establishing technical configuration controls and managing system changes in a live production environment.
