Sourcing Manager - III

Job Role - Sourcing ManagerLocation - Bellevue WAPay Range - $45 to $50 HourlyDuration 10+ Months(Possible Extension)Responsibilities:• Optimize customer experience by ensuring timely resolutions and proactive support.• Understand demand inputs and partner cross functionally to support a supply plan that supports enterprise strategies and goals.• Populate, analyze, and actively monitor open purchase orders to ensure system integrity and on time delivery, holding vendors accountable for delivery performance.• Establish and maintain business relationships with Vendors, Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams to ensure supply availability.• Report on and provide insight into supply planning key performance indicators such as weeks of supply, and on-time-delivery• Key focus on data integrity within MRP and ERP systems• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications:• 5+ years of supply chain experience including external vendor facing experience.• Understanding of supply chain systems and structures.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.• Ability to connect work within the functional area to upstream and downstream processes in the supply chain.• Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).• Demonstrated ability to use Excel (including macros/VBA) to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.• Experience with SAP ECC, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred.Technology Requirements : High level of comfort with Microsoft suite of products with key emphasis on Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.MRP system experience; ideally o9 or SAPERP system experience; ideally SAP or OracleWhat does a typical day look like? Review supply plans and impacts to purchase orders. Partner with supply chain managers to resolve any volumes that fall outside of key targets. Highlight risks to supply availability.Partnering cross functionally to recommend solutions with lifecycle, vendors, supply constraints or excess. Lead meetings internally and externally as assigned.Summarize open issues for peers and/or leadership. Provide read out of supply status and tracking to metrics.Maintain weekly reporting on supply chain KPIs. Actively participate in meetings as applicable. Reply to emails.Resolve outstanding PO and/or ASN issues in partnership with Logistics team.Preferred background/prior work experience? Minimum 5 years supply chain experience, preferably in the supply planning and purchasing function.
