Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Sales Representative, located in New Orleans, LA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting consultations to assess energy needs, and providing tailored solar energy solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, generating quotes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct market research and analyze consumer needsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsFamiliarity with solar energy systems and sustainable energy concepts is a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing both on-site and remote workPrevious experience in sales, renewable energy, or a related field is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environment Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatoryMotivated self-starter with a passion for sustainability and green initiatives
