Right Price.Recruiter IILocation: Research Triangle Park, NCDuration: 3+ Months contract-possible extensionPay Rate: Up to $30-33/hr on W2Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMEmployment Type: ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter II with strong experience in non-exempt recruiting and high-speed recruiting environments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized recruiter with strong coordination, communication, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement overall recruiting strategies.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other sources.Source and attract candidates using databases and social media.Screen candidate resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various personnel selection tools and methods.Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.Support onboarding activities for new employees.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.Prepare analytical and well-documented reports for the team.Serve as a point of contact and build candidate relationships throughout the selection process.Promote the company's reputation as a place to work.QualificationsMinimum 4–6 years of recruiting experience.Experience with non-exempt recruiting.Experience working in a high-speed recruiting environment.Proven experience as a recruiter.Ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured and competency-based interviews.Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone interviewing and reference checks.Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and CMS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills.BS/MS in Human Resources Management.Senior recruiters are also welcome to apply.Why work with us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
