American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home care experience for a 13-week VNA Home Health assignment in Massachusetts.Job Details• Home health setting providing physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence,• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM,• 13-week contract,• Documents using Epic EMR,• Time tracking via UKG/Kronos,Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program required; Master's degree or doctorate preferred,• Current MA Physical Therapist licensure and registration required; conditional licenses not accepted,• Current AHA BLS certification required,• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in a healthcare setting required; home care experience required,• Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy principles required,• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required,• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation required,• 2 professional references required for consideration,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• Responsible for planning and delivering PT services in accordance with each patient's plan of care,• Reports to the VNA Clinical Team Manager, Rehabilitation,• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted,• Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate,
