Pediatric Occupational Therapist

They offer a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare services, including Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy all in one convenient location.Role Description This is a part-time with ability to transition to full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Kredo Health LLC. in Winter Garden, FL. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing sensory integration therapy, working with pediatric patients, implementing early intervention strategies, and delivering occupational therapy services to children on a daily basis. Additionally, the Occupational Therapist will supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants across classroom, clinic, and home settings to ensure high-quality therapy interventions and continuity of care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess children's motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental needs.Provide direct occupational therapy services, incorporating sensory integration and motor development strategies.Supervise and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practices.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavior Analysts, to coordinate patient care.Work with families and caregivers to provide education, support, and strategies for continued development at home.Maintain detailed documentation of treatment progress and communicate outcomes effectively with caregivers and medical professionals.QualificationsExpertise in Sensory Integration and Occupational TherapyExperience working with Pediatrics and Early InterventionDemonstrated skills in working with children in classroom, clinic, and home environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary teamOccupational Therapy licensure in the state of FloridaKnowledge of developmental disorders and disabilitiesMaster’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related fieldExperience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants is preferred
