designing - integrating - implementing - modifying and evaluating the effectiveness of program components and/or services to improve the quality of patient care - the appropriateness and timeliness of services provided - assist in patient flow/reduction of length of stayThe OIVC Assistant Nurse Manager serves as a support - utilizing sound clinical judgment and established criteria for guidance in developing - implementing and maintaining the OIVC ProgramThe OIVC Assistant Nurse Manager provides assistance in ensuring compliance with the use of NNPO - Joint Commission and other regulatory requirementsThe OIVC Assistant Nurse Manager assist in data management - analysis and in the use of data and information to identify opportunities for improvement in outcomesThe OIVC Assistant Nurse Manager communicates effectively with all providers of care - ancillary and support services and external customers to facilitate efficient patient-centered care and patient flowThe OIVC Assistant Nurse Manager shall provide Registered Nurse services for the support of NVCC/ OIVC for the Office of the Chief of Staff of MEDVAMCScope of duties includes direct patient services -
