R&D Lab Technician

Lab Technician – Research & Development Join our R&D team and help drive product innovation by preparing, testing, and documenting experimental batches. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem‑solving, and supporting new product development. What You’ll Do Prepare experimental formulations and produce high‑quality test specimens Run performance and quality tests using specialized lab equipment Log detailed observations, measurements, and test results in lab notebooks and digital systems Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized work area What You Bring Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field or 2+ years of hands‑on lab, technical, or mechanical experience Strong attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies in data Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with lab equipment Solid time‑management skills and ability to manage parallel tasks Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 75 pounds occasionally Use of PPE including safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators as required Work may involve potential exposure to chemicals, fumes, mechanical equipment, and moderate noise - following safety procedures is a must
