Our client is seeking an experienced HR leader to help strengthen and evolve its operational foundation.This isa Senior level position centered around leading through other leaders.Key responsibilities include:Providing leadership to a team of managers across core HR operational functionsEnhancing processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability over timeSupporting HR systems and data strategy, including reporting and analytics capabilitiesPartnering across HR and the business to ensure effective service deliveryPromoting a mindset of continuous improvement while maintaining stability in executionThe ideal candidate will bring:A strong track record within HR, with deep exposure to operations and service deliveryExperience leading other leaders within a structured organizationThe ability to influence change through collaboration rather than directive leadershipProven success in developing and refining processes in evolving environmentsHands-on experience working within WorkdaySalary is $174,500-$181,500 with Generous Bonus
