Responsibilities:
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly placed
Assist with loading and unloading equipment
Break down banquet rooms and equipment after events
Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
Assist with inventory management
Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in banquet setup preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
