Job DescriptionTitle: Creative DirectorSchedule: HybridComp: $170-$220k DOEWe are seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead and unify the creative function across digital and print. This role will partner closely with executive and marketing leadership to shape the brand’s visual and conceptual identity and bring it to life across packaging, retail, social, ecommerce, campaigns, and trade materials..Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the brand’s creative point of view across all consumer touchpoints. Lead creative execution across packaging, retail materials, ecommerce assets, performance marketing, social content, campaigns, and trade communications. Manage, mentor, and grow internal creative teams while directing external agencies, designers, and production partners. Translate business needs, retailer requirements, and consumer insights into compelling creative solutions. Integrate AI-assisted tools into ideation, design, copy, content production, and asset management workflows. QualificationsProperty Value Experience 10+ years in creative roles, with at least 3–5 years leading and managing teams. Industry Background Beauty, CPG, or mass-retail experience strongly preferred. Portfolio Demonstrated strength across packaging, print, social, ecommerce, and digital campaign work. AI Fluency Practical experience integrating generative AI and AI-assisted tools into creative workflows. Leadership Proven success in building teams, mentoring talent, and managing external partners. Collaboration Strong ability to work cross-functionally and align creative output to business goals. Communication Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
