As we scale, we’re building a team of adaptable, high-performing individuals who are excited to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and help strengthen our internal operations.**Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Accounting & Contract Support)**Location: Remote (Primarily supporting operations in NYC)Employment Type: Contracted, 30 hrs/wk, with potential transition to full-time rolePosition OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across administrative, financial, and contract-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.**Key Responsibilities**Administrative & Operations Support-Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination-Handle general email correspondence and communication follow-ups-Prepare documents, reports, and internal materials-Support team operations and assist with special projects-Maintain organized systems, files, and processesAccounting Support-Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoice tracking-Reconcile expenses and support basic bookkeeping tasks-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation with support from COOContract & Coordination Support-Assist in preparing and organizing contracts and agreements-Track key dates, renewals, and deliverables-Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation-Coordinate with team members and external partners on contract-related itemsPreferred Qualifications-1–3+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role-Working knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently-Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Accounting Tools (Quickbooks, Xero, or similar)-Exposure to contract managementWhat We Offer-High-impact role with visibility across the organization-Opportunity to grow with a scaling company-Flexible, fast-paced work environment
