Since this is W2 position looking for only Green Card/US Citizens who can come on our W2.This is 2-3 days Hybrid position Please let me know your interest.Job Description: SAP Skills10–15 years SAP experience in SD + MM combinedMix may vary (e.g., 5 yrs SD + 5 yrs MM is fine)Experience in:SAP configuration (hands‑on)Blueprinting and fit‑gap analysisEnd‑to‑end functional work (not just support)Must have worked on SAP‑based analytics projects, including:Understanding business reporting/analytics needsCreating functional specsOverseeing analytics development (not doing the development)Functional Role OnlyNo ABAP or technical requirementNo architect‑only candidates (must be hands‑on and flexible)Business/Client InteractionStrong communication & presentation skillsDirect business‑facing experienceAbility to drive requirements independentlyRecent US experience: minimum 5–7 yearsIndustry:Manufacturing or high‑tech preferredRetail OK but not particularly helpfulSemiconductor experience is a bonus but not requiredHave you worked on SAP analytics projects using SD/MM data?Can you describe your experience performing blueprinting and fit–gap analysis with US-based clients?Are you fully hands‑on with SD + MM configuration?Do you have 10+ years of SAP SD/MM total experience?What percentage of your experience is business-facing?
