Sales Development Representative (SDR)Part-Time | RemoteCompany: MID Construction GroupPosition SummaryThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through structured outbound prospecting. Using targeted prospect lists in Pipedrive CRM, the SDR contacts prospective clients, qualifies opportunities, documents activity, and hands off qualified leads to Project Advisors.This is a process-driven role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and consistent CRM documentation.Primary ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to targeted prospect lists.Qualify prospects and identify current or upcoming projects.Verify contact and project information.Convert qualified People into Leads within Pipedrive.Create Deals when appropriate.Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow-up activities.Use RingCentral for all phone calls and activity logging.Identify and report inaccurate contact data to improve CRM quality.Follow company prospecting processes and outreach standards.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Comfortable learning CRM software and following structured workflows.Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, customer service, construction, real estate, or B2B sales is preferred but not required.Performance ExpectationsSuccess in this role is measured by quality, consistency, and documentation.Minimum expectations include:Approximately 60 quality outbound calls per dayAverage of one qualified opportunity generated per working dayComplete and accurate CRM documentationConsistent follow-up and activity managementHigh standards of professionalism and customer serviceSchedulePart-TimeMonday through Friday9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week)TechnologyPrimary tools include:Pipedrive CRMRingCentral Phone System and RingCentral Chrome ExtensionGoogle Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Meet)CompensationBase Pay$18.00 per hour
