Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily repairs and preventive maintenance on a diverse range of equipment and systems. Tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, conducting maintenance checks, ensuring the proper functioning of machines, and addressing any repair needs. The role requires collaboration with other team members and adherence to safety and quality standards to maintain the functionality and appeal of the property. Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceProficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practices for various equipmentExperience in Maintenance & Repair of residential, office, or retail facilitiesAbility to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan AreaKnowledge of safety protocols and building maintenance standardsGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant training preferred
