Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, your role is vital in promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life during end-of-life care.Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingProvide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and familiesMonitor and report changes in patients’ condition to the hospice teamMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive environmentDocument care provided in accordance with agency procedures and regulatory guidelinesSupport the hospice philosophy of care, focusing on comfort rather than cureQualifications:Active CNA certification in Wyoming.Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA, hospice or palliative care preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with empathy, patience, and respect for patients and familiesWe look forward to hearing from you!Benefits:Flexible schedule
