We partner with owners who value clarity, execution, and results.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate Infrastructure Sales Consultant to expand owner relationships and drive new business. This is a contract-only role designed for a commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable on the phone, understands consultative selling, and wants meaningful upside.Source Forward provides access to a proprietary platform and database that surfaces verified, pre-qualified opportunities, allowing consultants to focus on conversations, relationships, and closing, not cold research.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage prospective clients via outbound calling, follow-ups, and warm leads generated by our platformLead discovery conversations with property owners and operatorsClearly and credibly position Source Forward's advisory servicesLeverage proprietary tools to prioritize and advance high-quality opportunitiesBuild and manage a personal sales pipelineOwn client relationships from initial outreach through signed engagementCoordinate internally to move opportunities toward executionIdeal Background1 to 6 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or consultative client-facing rolesComfortable being on the phone daily and leading conversationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsMotivated by performance-based compensationInterest in real estate, infrastructure, energy, or value-add capital projectsCommercial real estate experience is a plus, but not requiredCompensation Structure$60,000 annual contract fee (base)Uncapped commission tied directly to closed deals and ongoing project revenueOn-target earnings of $150,000+ for consistent performersClear performance-driven upside with the opportunity to grow economics over timeWhy Source ForwardWork directly with sophisticated commercial real estate ownersAccess to a proprietary platform and verified deal flowTransparent compensation with real upsideEarly seat at a company scaling nationally in a high-growth infrastructure marketJ-18808-Ljbffr
