Hotel Front Desk Guest Service Agent - Second Shift

Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria, is currently adding both a full time and part time Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team!We are looking for individuals who are able to work, 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am.Who We AreFrontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.Qualifications And RequirementsPrevious hotel or relevant customer service experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
