DB2 UDB (Universal Database) Developer- For Fulltime

Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of hands-on experience working with IBM DB2 UDB (LUW).Strong SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, window functions, correlated queries).Experience writing stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, and packages in DB2.Proficient in performance tuning: explain plans, index design, bind/rebind concepts, and statistics.Familiarity with database design concepts, normalization/denormalization, and ER modeling.Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., IBM DataStage, Informatica, SSIS) or scripting for data movement.Experience with backup/restore, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions for DB2.Comfortable working with Linux/Unix/Windows environments and shell scripting for automation.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
