Profile Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the beauty industry (makeup focus mandatory), with a proven track record in training leadership. Mastery: Exceptional makeup artistry, paired with outstanding presentation and training skills to engage and educate effectively. Know how to bring personality and attitude to nourish MU team. Insight: Deep industry knowledge, sharp consumer acumen, and a keen sensitivity to makeup trends and client preferences. Language: Standard and fluent Mandarin, proficient in English reading and writing, with oral English communication skills preferred. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Passion: An unwavering dedication to makeup artistry and Dior’s legacy, with the ability to inspire others
