In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Actual amounts may differ based on location, hours worked, quality of service, and customer discretion.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine serviceBe knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinksPrepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standardsWork all caf positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to orderKeep our spaces clean, safe always ready for guests and teammatesProduce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specificationsStock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needsFollow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areasQualifications1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferredPassion for great coffee and exceptional guest serviceStrong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeReliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each weekComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFounded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart, Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
