Strategic Account Ownership & ContinuityAct as primary US‑based technology and analytics lead for a large, strategic investment banking clientOwn client trust, roadmap discussions, solution evolution, and multi‑phase expansionEnsure seamless continuity of existing platforms while identifying next‑generation opportunities (AI‑led insights, data platforms, governance, automation)Partner closely with offshore delivery leadership to maintain quality, velocity, and commercial discipline2. Americas Solutioning & GrowthServe as solutioning SME for Banking, IB, and Private Markets clients across the AmericasLead discovery workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive solution pitchesShape new SOWs, pilots, and multi‑phase programs in AI, data platforms, and advanced analyticsActively contribute to pipeline creation, deal conversion, and account expansion3.
