System Analyst
Position Title: Systems Administrator & AnalystLocation: Rosemead, CA - hybrid onsite 4x weekDuration: Contract to hireRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, or enterprise application supportHands‑on experience implementing and/or administering an ERP systemWorkday experience requiredStrong experience supporting business‑critical systems in a production environmentBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environmentExperience with labor management systems (e.g., LaborPRO, Legion)Familiarity with workforce or labor management platformsJob DescriptionThe Systems Administrator & Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous optimization of enterprise systems that support critical business operations, including workforce management, ERP, inventory, and operational platforms.This role partners closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure systems are stable, integrated, and effectively adopted across both corporate and field environments. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning systems end‑to‑end.Key responsibilities include:Administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise systems for corporate and field usersMonitoring system integrations and data flows; troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and business teamsPlanning and executing system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and feature releasesMaintaining system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guidesResponding to support tickets and incidents while tracking system usage, adoption, and performance metricsCompensation:$43-60hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
