Summary As a Resident Caregiver RCG, CNA, you will be essential in providing compassionate and personalized care to residents in a long-term care setting. Reporting to the nursing staff, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring residents' comfort, and promoting their overall well-being. Your core skills in caregiving and personal care will allow you to support individuals with unique needs. Flexible scheduling and shift differential! Shift differential and per-hour differential for certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who maintain their certification, though certification is not required. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication management for residents in a long-term care setting. Support residents with mobility, meal preparation, and hygiene needs while ensuring their comfort and dignity. Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Foster a safe and supportive environment, promoting residents' rights and encouraging social interaction. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care and maintain a clean living space.
