Framer Developer Designer Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Framer Developer Designer to join a growing digital team focused on building modern web experiences, marketing websites, and product-focused landing pages. This individual will own both the design and development process, transforming concepts and Figma designs into polished, production-ready Framer websites.The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with hands-on Framer development experience and can independently deliver custom, high-quality web experiences that emphasize performance, usability, and engaging interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop websites using Framer.Translate Figma designs into production-ready Framer experiences.Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites and landing pages.Create custom interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.Develop reusable Framer components and design systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs.Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and user experience.Contribute to ongoing website enhancements and new digital initiatives.Present and explain design decisions, workflows, and project contributions.Required QualificationsProven experience designing and developing websites in Framer.Strong portfolio showcasing live Framer projects.Experience translating Figma designs into production-ready websites.Ability to clearly articulate personal contributions to completed projects.Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.Experience creating interactions, animations, and motion design within Framer.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Experience working in remote environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience building custom Framer components using JavaScript.Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Next.js.Experience working with startups, SaaS products, AI companies, or digital agencies.Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.Experience working directly with founders, product teams, or marketing teams.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementPrestige Development Group (PDG) is an equal opportunity employer.
