Richmond, VA candidates are preferred. The pay is $30-$33/hr.Project Manager, Events & Experiences, Banking & Premium Products Chief of Staff TeamThe Role:We’re looking for a project specialist to join our team and support the Chief of Staff office for the President of Retail Bank & Premium Products. Our team develops and implements the communications, events, and creative content that connect leadership and over 10,000 associates to the bold business goals ahead. By optimizing our story to tell across internal and external channels, we directly advance key business initiatives and cultivate a premier associate experience. We are looking for a candidate who will push the envelope, challenge the status quo, and consistently strive for the extraordinary.Responsibilities:Lead the design, planning, and execution of internal events and experiences for senior executives or business project initiatives with a wide network of business owners, stakeholders, internal partners, and external vendorsEnsure that events: 1) are designed to meet the interests and needs of our client-partners2) are delivered in a timely, on-budget fashion with freshness and appeal3) communicate to participants that they are valued4) consistently leverage and inform stakeholders, including partnership with other Chief of Staff communication and design teamsProvides logistical support for complex, top-of-house campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-impact deliveryOpenly and actively contribute as a member of the Chief of Staff teamUse deep focus, exceptional judgment, and the ability to pay painstaking attention to detail and deliver against aggressive timelinesBe highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented – willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective roleDemonstrate strong organizational and prioritization capabilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or military experienceExperience with Google SuiteExperience in event planningExperience in project managementExperience in event planningExperience in stakeholder managementMust sit onsite in Richmond, VABenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
