We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our established practice in Seminole, Florida "conveniently located near Clearwater (9 miles), downtown St. Petersburg (15 miles), and Tampa (25 miles). Position Overview: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. start, with last patient typically scheduled between 4:00-4:30 p.m. Future flexible scheduling may include 1-2 Saturdays/month (half-day shifts), with a weekday off in exchange. Supported by an experienced Optical Tech team, Eye Care Professionals, and Licensed Dispensing Opticians (LDOs) . Ideal for candidates seeking a collaborative, well-supported work environment. This is a retail location. Option to work as a Super Tech in our Pinellas County locations for those awaiting licensing completion. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting around $150,000 , with tiered increases based on patient volume. Monthly bonus potential of $800 to $1,000 from optical product sales (glasses, contacts, etc.). Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus available for the right candidate.
