Warehouse Lead Qualifications2-3 years of previous distribution warehouse experience2-3 years of forklift experienceStrong interpersonal skills High degree of attention required Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safely Ability to proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucksMust be dependable, reliable, and use equipment safely and sensiblyComfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust),Comfortable with heights (25'-30')Warehouse Lead ResponsibilitiesMaintains other shipping records such as returned merchandise, damage, discrepancies, etc.Responsible for care in handling merchandiseEstablish an appropriate rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery driversResponsible for performing operations and safety check, (including battery, brakes & lift controls), on all powered industrial trucksRecommend equipment needs and repairsVerify inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical countsTransport merchandise from daily inbound receipts to appropriate locationsReplenish warehouse pick locations to capacityLoad outbound carriersObserve and comply with all workplace safety procedures and measures, including immediately documenting any unsafe acts, conditions, or accidentsPreferred QualificationsEclipse Warehouse Management System experienceLocation: N89W14700 Patrita Drive | Menomonee Falls WI | 53051www.rjschinner.comR.J.
