Position Title: Admin Assistant & Coordinator
1. Admin Assistant & Coordinator
General Responsibilities:
Employee Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage all travel bookings and itineraries for employees.
Property Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of company properties.
Logistics Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating logistics operations.
HR Assistance: Provide support to the HR department in day-to-day operations, including employee records, benefits, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge and inspection techniques

2. Project Engineer Manager (Stipend : $80K or up)
General Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and review of project submittals and RFIs
2. Coordinate technical details with design consultants and subcontractors
3. Support in estimating, cost control, and budgeting
4. Maintain project schedules and assist with updates
5. Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
6. Ensure compliance with federal construction standards (NAVFAC, USACE, GSA)
7. Document project activities and maintain construction records
8. Participate in QA/QC procedures and inspections
9. Provide support in procurement of materials and services
10. Support field staff and attend jobsite meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years total in construction with roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, and/or Project Manager.
- Onsite only: Must be able to commute to the office full time; no remote work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (BS required).
- Government work: Direct experience working for government/federal contractors; please provide a project list (agency, contract type, project value, role, dates).
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel to job sites as needed.
- Tenure/Job stability: At least one 3+ year tenure with a single employer within the past 10 years (we will not consider frequent job changes).

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with eCMS and Procore.
Graduation year ideally 1995–2015 (experience band alignment).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
