Depositions are a central pillar of the litigation strategy, and the Depositions Team partners closely with trial counsel to ensure cases are truly trial-ready.Position OverviewElevate is seeking a skilled Deposition Attorney for a full-time/permanent position on behalf of our client to support a statewide consumer litigation practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on litigator who thrives in deposition strategy, witness examination, and transcript analysis, and who enjoys working collaboratively with trial teams.
