Project Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. This role will lead end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects through the full lifecycle (initiation to delivery and implementation)Define scope, develop detailed project plans, and drive executionManage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successFacilitate meetings, gather requirements, and drive key decisionsPrepare executive-level reports and structured documentationManage project budgets and resource allocationEnsure smooth implementation including testing, training, and change managementTrack and escalate risks/issues proactivelyPromote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsProven experience managing complex, cross-functional projectsExperience within financial services, investment, or asset management environmentsExperience with SimCorp Dimension and/or Order Management Systems (e.g., Charles River Development) – Highly preferredPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification – Nice to haveStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience driving change management initiativesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments
