PO3 Assembler As a PO3 Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly of products in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires the ability to operate tools and equipment with limited supervision, while also contributing to the development of procedural instructions.ResponsibilitiesOperate tools, equipment, and processes based on provided instructions and personal experience.Assist in creating instructions when not available.Understand and adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications.Monitor work to ensure quality standards and communicate effectively with supervisors.Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap, and quality records.Support improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.Generate innovative solutions to complex problems.Stay up-to-date on certifications and training requirements.Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.Train others on tasks if assigned.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
