Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications:Entry level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentTeam playerMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
