Operations Engineering Program Manager

Job Description: Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and consistency across sites.Drive standardization efforts across Operations Engineering by implementing and reinforcing consistent processes, documentation, and execution models.Partner cross-functionally with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering teams to support the translation of technical requirements into scalable operational processes and programs, driving alignment and adoption.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies across existing processes and lead initiatives to address them—improving operational performance, reducing risk, and increasing effectiveness.Establish and manage program-level metrics, reporting, and performance tracking to provide visibility into progress, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.Requirements: B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree)8–10+ years in Data Center/Critical Infrastructure industryBenefits: Health insurance401(k) matchingFlexible work hoursPaid time offProfessional development opportunities
